Rental Terms and Agreement
Rental terms and Policies:
This is a contract agreement between Aloha Baby Rental and all renters. The renters agree they have examined the items and will return them in the same condition. Damage or misuse causing damage will be charged at replacement cost. Should any malfunction occur, the renter must notify us immediately for inspection and exchange of the item. Cribs are to be assembled, disassembled or moved only by Aloha Baby Rental. Should the crib need to be moved from original unit or to a different resort, charges may apply.
>> Advance reservations required.
>> Rentals needed within 48 hours must be phones in.
>> To assure reservation, confirmation must be received.
>> There is a delivery and pickup fee, and a 3 day minimum on all orders.
>> Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) and cash accepted.
>> All items subject to availability
>> Prices are subject to change.
>> Security Deposit: A 25% refundable deposit is required for all orders.
>> Cancellation Policy: Security deposit is not refundable if canceling within last 48 hours of rental date.

Sign this contract below and fax, email, or mail this back to us so that we may process your order. Contact us before placing a fax, emailing or mailing us any documents. This order will not be processed without your written authorization.
